Princesses and Princes is a Veteran and family-owned business focused on providing safe, entertaining, and educational child development products through play-based equipment and offerings. 


Grant Miller

Grant Miller is the father of Kevin, Mason, Isabella and Madelyn Miller. 

Grant graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has also earned a Master of Business Administration from Trident University. He possesses separate bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland in Computer Studies as well as a bachelor's degree in Digital Media and Web Design.

Grant served in the U.S. Air Force as a commissioned officer and tanker/aeromedical evacuation pilot. Grant continues as an airline transport rated aviator and maintains an active Florida real estate license.



Maria Miller

Maria is the mother of Kevin, Mason, Isabella and Madelyn Miller.

Maria graduated from Middlesex County College with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. Over the past several years, she has continued her studies at University of Maryland, taking various continuing education classes to further her educational pursuits.

Maria continues to work as an inflight crewmember at JetBlue Airways, being one of the initial group of employees hired during the Company’s first year of operation. Maria served her peers on a committee that serves as a liaison between JetBlue management and line-based crewmembers. Her work has directly improved both airline operational efficiency and crewmember quality of life through better scheduling practices and technological improvements.



Fabiana Barreto

Playground Manager

Fabiana Barreto joins us with over 20 years experience in the cosmetology field. Her love of children brought her to Florida to spend more time with her nieces and nephews. She has one daughter of her own, Layla, who is 19 years old. She loves going to the beach, concerts, spending time with her family and being outdoors.



Paula Young

Assistant Manager

Paula is originally from Clinton, Mississippi and is the mother of two wonderful children, Madilyn (13) and Marquese (12). She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and Jackson State University and has a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Previously, Paula has worked as a reading specialist for kindergarten and first grade students. She is excited to be a part of the PnP family and to be working closely with children again!

Her hobbies include spending time with family, reading, cooking, and music.

Isita Novacek


Raisa Becker

Raisa is originally from the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago and was recruited in 2008 by Webber International University on an Indoor Volleyball Scholarship/Beach Volleyball.

After graduating with her BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Raisa went on to complete her MBA as a Graduate Assistant for the Student Life Office at WIU for her first year but then decided to return to Beach Volleyball. 

Currently, Raisa is an Administrative Assistant at Ocoee High School, where she also is the Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach and the Head Boys Volleyball Coach. She lives in Winter Garden with her husband and in her little spare time she also is an Assistant Indoor Volleyball Coach/Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach at Top Select Volleyball Academy. 


Stephanie Fernandez

STEM Teacher and Volunteer

Miss Stephanie graduated from Florida State University with a a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Science with a minor in Education. She also has a master's degree in K-12 studies. She's taught preschool at a Montessori School as well as Kindergarten and 1st grade for seven years.

Miss Stephanie has three wonderful children of her own: Isabella, 8, Cj, 3 and Olivia, 2. Her true passion is teaching and watching young children actively engage in the learning process!

Miss Stephanie teaches our STEM class for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.


Suzy Cornell

STEM Teacher and Volunteer

Miss Suzy graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with certifications in both English Speakers of a Second Language (ESOL) and Reading. She's taught second grade at a performing arts charter school prior to becoming a full-time mommy to focus on raising her children. She has two boys: Xander, 3 and Liam, 1. Miss Suzy also tutors K-12 students with reading and math difficulties in the evenings.  She enjoys discovering new ways to teach children about the world around them.

Miss Suzy teaches our STEM class for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.



Kristin Sabol

Ready Set Dance Teacher

Kristin Sabol has been dancing professionally and teaching for the last 20 years. She originally moved to Orlando after receiving her B.S. in Dance Education from Bowling Green State University and has performed for multiple stage and show productions, including the Walt Disney World Resort, the Miss America Organization, and Michael Barron Magic Productions. Miss Sabol has been teaching at RSD since 2004 and is trained in all levels of tap, ballet, jazz, and lyrical. In addition to teaching, she helped create the RSD Teacher Training program identifying up and coming talent and assistants looking for educational development. Miss Sabol continues her own dance education through various organizations and teaching workshops through Orlando Ballet, DMI, and DEA .

Catalynn Reyes

Ready Set Dance Teacher

Catalynn Reyes joined the RSD family in 2017 and brings her love of dance and creativity to our preschool, mini movers, and early childhood programs! A recent graduate of Indian River State College, Miss Cat is currently pursuing her bachelors degree in Health Service Administration and a minor degree in Dance at UCF. Dancing since she was three years old, Miss Cat has trained extensively in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop and spent 5 years as a competitive dancer. Catalynn’s ability to connect with children and make dancing fun make her a true asset to the RSD team!


Adam Weed

Ready Set Dance Teacher

Adam Weed is an Orlando native and a recent alumnus from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his past years in school he has worked with several artists such as Kim Bears-Bailey, Curt Haworth, Kathryn Thurman, and performed in works including “Planets” by Manfred Fishbeck and a Forsythe Ensemble with excerpts of William Forsythe’s “Vile of Parody of Address” set by Douglas Becker. He has also performed in Atlantic City Dance Alliance for their “Winter Sweet” Festival. Also in the following year he performed in Koresh Dance Company’s “Come Together” Spring Festival with Evolution Dance Company’s excerpts of “Soul Force.” Mr. Weed has performed for the Disney Castle show, “Celebrate the Season,” and has recently worked for Royal Caribbean performing “City of Dreams,” and “West End to Broadway.”
